Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Mondays with May offers free shipping for local orders above $80. Please select Free Shipping upon check out. 

(after any promotions and discounts applied)

Do you sell authentic products?

Yes. All our products are authentic and are from reputable suppliers. Korean products are shipped from Korea and Philippine products are directly sourced from Philippine stores.

When will my Mondays with May order be processed?

All orders will be dispatched within 2-5days.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed and then you will receive another e-mail with tracking details once order is dispatched.

Shipping costs and deliveries

Our shipping flat rate locally costs $9 and rural costs depend on area.

Is click and collect available?

Yes. You may pick up your order with the address we give you. 

How can I cancel my order?

We recommend that you cancel your order as soon as possible. Please e-mail enquiremwm@gmail.com with the subject CANCEL ORDER # (your order number). If your order has already been dispatch, you will have to wait for your order to arrive and post the item to us. You may also send us a message via Instagram (@mondayswithmay).

*Please note the shipping will be at buyer’s cost.

Can I return my order?

Of course you are allowed to change your mind. 🙂 If you wish to return items you will have, please ship them back to us within 15 days of purchase. Please e-mail us at enquiremwm@gmail.com with the subject RETURN ORDER # (your order number). 

These returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Lost or damaged items

All items are properly checked and carefully prepared prior to shipping. Mondays with May will not be liable for any lost or damaged items.
